The farm, now turned boutique hotel, has provided accommodation for anglers from Norway and abroad for several generations. The furnishing of each of the rooms in the fish house is therefore inspired by guests with close links to the Aurlandselva river.
We have experimented with old, traditional colours, used both second-hand and new furnishings, and have received excellent help from interior architect Gunvor Røkholt.
THE FISHERMAN’S CABIN
THE SMOKE HOUSE
Our old traditional smoke house on the estate has been converted into our breakfast and dining lounge.
We serve a three course “farm to table” dinner at 7pm every night during peak season.
The perfect place to relax with friends after a long day of walking with a warm bowl of soup and a glass of wine before enjoying a soothing dip in the hot tub.
